World Water Week 2024 focuses on water cooperation for peace and security. This year’s theme asks us to recognize the regional and global interconnectivity of communities and nations and underscores the collaborative effort needed to achieve a peaceful and sustainable future.

We are thrilled to announce that three outstanding team members will represent SUSWA at this year’s World Water Week, held from August 25th to 29th. This year’s theme, “Bridging Borders: Water for a Peaceful and Sustainable Future,” aligns perfectly with our mission.
SUSWA’S Sessions
1️⃣ Narayan Singh, Technical Specialist Narayan will lead the session on “Safe Water with Convenient Technology in Karnali, Nepal,” showcasing innovative solutions for providing safe water in remote areas.

His next session will be on “Enhancing Rural Water through People-Centred Data and Inclusive Cooperation”. Narayan presentation will lead multiple-use water Services (MUS) Practices in Nepal focusing on the MUS context of Nepal, the community-led MUS system, MUS by design options, water management technologies integration, and scaling and institutionalization of MUS in Nepal.
