CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Sustainable WASH for All (SUSWA) invites proposals from eligible and qualified consulting firms/consortia for the following assignment:
Consultancy Services for Faecal Sludge Characterization, FSTP Design, and Detailed Project Report (DPR) Preparation
For: Bheri Municipality, Jajarkot and Baghchaur Municipality, Salyan
The consultancy will cover faecal sludge characterization and laboratory analysis, FSTP technology assessment and selection, detailed engineering design, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimation, O&M planning, and preparation and finalization of investment-ready DPRs for the proposed Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants (FSTPs) in the two municipalities.
Interested firms/consortia should have:
- Demonstrated experience in Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) and wastewater/FSTP projects;
- Relevant experience in faecal sludge characterization and laboratory analysis;
- Proven experience in FSTP/wastewater infrastructure design and DPR preparation; and
- Qualified technical personnel and access to an appropriate laboratory facility, as specified in the ToR.

- Capacity Statement;
- Technical Proposal;
- Financial Proposal; and
- Required supporting documents, as detailed in the ToR.
